Rates are good 3 days before and 3 days after the conference based on hotel availability.  Take advantage of the extra days to explore the area in and around Tucson.  Book your reservations early rates may increase after July 1, 2025  More information to come!

Getting to Tucson

More than 50 flights take off every day on nine airlines flying nonstop to 21 destination airports from Tucson International Airport (TUS) with one-stop connections to more than 345 cities around the world.   The Starr Pass Hotel is 13 miles from the airport.  Several transportation options are available to get you to the hotel including.  App-based ride services.

Saving funds is important for all of us. Make your travel funds stretch farther by finding others who are willing to share a room at Starr Pass. A Google sheet will be available if you are seeking a roommate. Maybe you have already booked a room and now wish to share the cost.

The more people enter their information, the more possibilities you will have to make a connection. It will be up to each individual to reach out to those using this tool, but we hope this will be a helpful way to facilitate cost savings and create new friendships.

*Our hotel rates were negotiated and contracted before COVID interrupted the world.  This is a really good deal, and likely better than any other Tucson area hotel rates.
